WORK WITH ME
At Brave Spaces we provide intensive 1-on-1 Mindset Strategy coaching where we explore together the beliefs, assumptions, hurts, triggers, and worldviews that are shaping a client’s current reality. “Your imagination is your limit. You have to stretch beyond your own imagination to see what is possible.”
Whether this is coaching for personal reasons or for business/ professional reasons, our ability to overcome challenges, to be resilient, to reaming hopeful and to achieve high performance results in our personal/ professional lives depends on a few fundamental things. Mindset is one of the most critical.
To go beyond the limits of our own imaginations we need to have a strategy for building a strong and tenacious mindset.
Through Brave Circles we provide group-based support for victims of gender-based violence and xenophobia. As a survivor of sexual, psychological and physical abuse, I aim to capitalise on the power of community and collective wisdom to encourage and empower women and children so that they can find healing, find their own voices and rediscover their true essence.
